What does COVID 19 mean for TLOAH?
** OVERNIGHT CAMPS ARE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 **
We hope you are all doing well and keeping safe. TLOAH is following the COVID 19 situation carefully and taking the advice of the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as the Canadian/Albertan Government.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that we will NOT be able to hold any of our camps this year. Due to COVID-19, and the current requirements from AHS, we are not able to safely run our camps. AHS has prohibited overnight camps in Alberta. Our priority is ensuring our TLOAH Family (that means YOU too) is safe and unfortunately this year the best way to make sure of that is to have you stay home for the summer. We will miss all of you! This summer will not be the same without seeing your smiling faces, and it makes us very sad to have to cancel. We are working toward offering some virtual summer fun, so stay tuned!
If you have already registered for camp this summer, we will carry over your registration fees as credit to ANY upcoming event of ANY year. We have sent you a gift certificate with the amount paid, with NO expiry date; you can choose to hang onto your gift certificate and use it anytime in the future or gift it/sell it to someone else (Please let us know if you would like your certificate broken into multiple certificates with smaller $ amounts). TLOAH thanks you for your supportas we take this time off as an opportunity to make improvements here for future years to come.. Please contact us by using LIVE CHAT if you have any questions, please note; if we are not online, we will reply ASAP. Our E-mail is down so be sure to use live chat. Thanks!
